PATF offices, clinic, and testing will be closed July 4th and July 14th.

PATF’s pharmacy operates through a partnership with Coordinated Care Network and offers an easy, confidential way for clients to get the medications they need, all without copays. After signing up with your PATF medical case manager, your Specialty Care Representative, Denise, will contact you with a welcome call to get you started on medication delivery.

Benefits to enrolling in the pharmacy include:

·         Free medication delivery to your home, work, or location that works best for you.

·         All medications delivered by UPS, FedEx, or courier in a brown box or padded envelope without any pharmacy symbols or words on it.

·         One-on-one calls with a Specialty Care Representative and Pharmacist.

·         Option to enroll in adherence programs, including customized medication reminder calls or texts and specialized dosage packaging.

·         All medications can be filled by the pharmacy, including prescriptions not related to your HIV diagnosis.

·         Prescriptions provided without any copays.

Every time you use the pharmacy, you help support PATF’s client services and prevention programs that would otherwise be unfunded. The pharmacy is accredited through a federal program that allows PATF to purchase medications at a reduced rate but bill insurance companies for the full price, which allows us to fill crucial funding gaps.

Meet your Pharmacists:

Dr. Mallory McCormick is new to PATF but has been with Coordinated Care Network Pharmacy, PATF’s pharmacy partner, since 2013. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Mallory is certified in HIV care, smoking cessation and immunization delivery. She has experience in retail and specialty pharmacy including HIV and Hepatitis C treatment.

Wed: 3:00-7:00 p.m.

 

The food pantry is closed on Friday and Saturdays.

 

*Clients may use the food pantry once per month; Clients who are overdue for their 90-day updates will not be able to use the Food Pantry on Wednesday after 4 p.m., or on Sundays
